Soy is Asian origin crop which become the most widely cultivated across the world. Now a days it is alternative for many foods because of its feature of high protein. Soya beans are frequently processed into a variety of foods. Normally it can be green and yellow in color. Soy products are good for making bake recipes and it is good for breakfast cereals.
